It has been used so lots of little cosmetic dings - see photos for examples. All buttons and sound still been working fine for us. It was purchased via O2. Think it is unlocked but not sure. No longer with O2 and don't have a sim with them etc so not going to contact them to try and get the phone unlocked if it is even locked to them
