COOL VINTAGE ITEM! Nice estate find! According to our research this appears to be a MODEL 4900 Pitney bowes table top mechanical postal scale complete with mailing rates for FIRST, AIRMAIL, and 3rd CLASS dating from 1968-1971. Adjustment wheel moves smoothly. Normal wear and tear with light surface rust underneath. Could use a good cleaning/polishing. Functional retro collectible!
