I am the original owner of this hat and used it very gently. Probably worried a few times. As you can see the pictures, I have make up stains, which I have washed since I worn it and it’s still there. Maybe there’s a trick to taking it off, but I can guarantee you it’s clean. Comes from a pet free and smoke free home
