Pretty much new! Used a whole 3 times. We received this as a wedding gift. Amazing product cooking the perfect restaurant standard rice and keeping it warm at the perfect serving temperature for hours. My husband has been diagnosed with diabetes so we rarely eat rice based dishes in the house now which is a shame as his parents got this for us for almost £300. This machine has so many features. Fully functional. Has just been sitting in storage. All items that are in the pictures are included. Any other questions do let us know. It has a UK 3 pin so no converting needed.
