These remote controls have both been not used for awhile they both turn on. They may need new batteries. They definitely need reprogramming selling as spares or Repair as we haven’t programmed them for a while and we haven’t used them for a while but it looks like they’re all good but cannot  guarantee One has no base we just had normal Duracell batteries in it but cannot have rechargeable No idea why backs of remotes get sticky after a while but these are
