As much as I like pattern cutting boards made from unusual and exotic woods (or I wouldn't make them!). This adds a lovely dark accent to the classic oak look. The oak used here is striking mix of dark and lighter timbers that give a stunning contrast - especially with the walnut framing inside the juice groove.
