This was a gift and my daughter half built it and then lost interest. Bags 6, 7 and 8 are still sealed. Pretty much all of the first floor was built before she stopped. Everything is there including the figures and both instruction books. The box is in good overall condition with the only damage being where she opened it as shown in pictures. This is a retired set and very much sought after now. Brilliant for Christmas displays.
