please select evri delivery when checking out . I don't think royal mail will accept the size of the parcel . select EVRI delivery. it has two zones . removable divider . you can set two timers and temperatures . it has been used a few times . there is residual grease on it in places . I have cleaned it but it does not look new on the grill bits etc . I have not used any harsh chemicals to clean . works absolutely fine . instructions booklet doesn't really tell you much but it has a QR code to scan . plus lots of information online . as a tip . you have to press the selection such as temperature or time before you turn the dial . ie - press the oven 1 or 2 then press temp then turn the dial . when all selected , press start
