Arts and crafts handmade copper box with a brass top handle. A beautifully simple, functional piece with a lovely aged patina. The inside originally would have been fabric or wood lined. This is now missing and has left behind glue residue and the copper verdigris inside. The lid fits neatly Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related wear throughout. Surface marks, scratches and patina as expected. Interior shows verdigris and oxidation (see photos). One visible seam line to the side from manufacture.
