brand new never removed from packaging, only the box has poped op3n due to vaccume bag inside failing so il be taping it up as good as i can for postage. brand new, this is for large square hot tubs, this is universal no spasific brand... but please scan the QR code to be sure it will fit your tub.. i use one of these myself on my medium round lay z spa and i have seen a huge saving in my tub heating bill. grab it while its here its the last one i have for now the R.R.P for one of these is £130 so grab a bargain
