This set is new and has been stored for some time, however one of the end flaps had come open,which I have now resealed. All bags are present and correct and perfectly sealed as new. The instructions are present and new but the bag is opened in order that I could check that all contents were present. The box is fair, with a little storage wear but no tears etc. Please see photos for exact condition and all contents present.
