Genuine Sony PlayStation 4 Camera / PS4 Camera V2 (CUH-ZEY2). Includes attached cable with HDMI-style connector as shown in photos. Untested as I do not own a compatible console to test with. One of the camera lens covers appears to have a crack/mark (please see photos carefully). Due to being untested and the visible damage, this item is being sold for parts/not working.
