A "Swivel" or "Fold Over" adaptor for use with any 3/8 thread mounted CB and Ham Antenna. 3/8 Swivel adaptor. It enables you to fold your antenna back on it's mount without removing it, and adjust the angle in both horizontal and clockwise direction using the 6mm allen bolt and lock nut.
