The tenth studio album by the American rock band. After touring in support of 'Integrity Blues' (2016) concluded in mid-2017, the band began writing the material for 'Surviving'. Following various tours throughout 2018 and early 2019, the band recorded their next album in their home studio in Arizona, with co-producer Justin Meldal-Johnsen. Described as an alternative rock, arena rock, emo, pop rock, and pop punk record, Surviving was compared to the band's earlier albums 'Chase This Light' (2007) and 'Damage' (2013).
