M5 Stainless 100mm countersunk machine screws / bolts (x2). It includes washers and stainless nyloc nuts, although these aren't shown in the photograph. 100mm is the longest length readily available in 5mm / M5 machine screws and these are frighteningly expensive in mainstream chandlers.
