These have a hospital like scent, and some areas are beige. These areas seem like stains, but they are part of the pants. These pants seem long. It is probably because it is supposed to be scrunched on the bottom. The waist across is 15 inches, rise is 10 inches, inseam is around 36 inches. Thanks! c
