I purchased this TV in late November, and it's still in excellent condition with no scratches or damage. The original plastic film is still on the screen, as I never removed it. There's an LED light strip attached to the back, which can easily be removed if you prefer. I also have the original box available if you'd like it. The TV comes with a 6-year warranty as well.
