Working condition, even though it comes with a Xeon server-oriented CPU, the CPU can be swapped later to something more powerful by today's desktop standards, as there are cheap and pretty good used i7 options for this socket, for example Intel Core i7-6950X (not included here). Was tested three years ago when I stopped using it, you are free to return should there be any issues, but should be in good working condition as it was stored safely. Could also include the corsair pc case for free, but in as-is state, since it might not have all screws, doesn't have fans, etc. But is very spacious.
