This is a used product and has a noisy fan and the laptop gets warm but everything works normally. THIS ITEM IS USED. Workstation M2T37AA - works when only plugged in (BIOS/ Windows does not detect a battery) blank install of Windows on laptop, apart from battery issue no other faults.
