This is a set of Overhead Projector Presentation Panels from Robert J Brady that features Hoot the Owl. It is titled "Drugs and You" and is an anti-drug educational campaign from 1971. This includes panels 1-3 and 8 to 20 so panels 4 through 7 are missing. But, each panel is independent so they are not necessary. This is a very rare set as I have not found any record of it being sold anywhere.
