Following the popularity of the first two Space: 1999 movie compilations released in the late 1970s, ITC launched the Super Space Theatre series - a collection of feature-length films adapted from classic sci-fi television. Among them were four dramatic adventures from Space: 1999, edited from original episodes and enhanced with additional and library music, restructured sequences and in the case of Alien Attack, entirely new scenes. Now, all four original Space: 1999 Super Space Theatre films have been restored from the series' High Definition remasters.
