I used it for less than an hour in total, i used it that little, the 64gb SD card didnt even get full! protective carry bag, 64GB SD, hard case, usb charging cable, adaptors for iphone and android. i dont know if you need a chinese number for the app, maybe as i downloaded the app in china, i could only use chinese number, there was no option on the app to change country code.
