Philips Perfect Care steam generator GC 9231 with the original box. The iron is not working , needs a repair Or for parts. Electric is working fine. There is a light when you switch it on. But it s not heating. Was used very gently. I believe the calc damaged the heat element. We used only filter water. So should be easy to repair.
