This is an army-issue hip-belt. Designed to be used with the Osprey Hip Pad & Yoke. Its central, black-plastic, quick-release buckle is present and in excellent shape. The interior of the belt is fitted with the usual vertical slots to accommodate the fixtures of PLCE webbing-pouches.
