- This unit does not power on for some reason. - The front LCD shows a backlight when the battery is inserted. - There is no red light coming on when on charge. - It includes everything you can see in the pictures. - Please assess the condition via the pictures but in my opinion it is 9/10. - Maybe someone can get it working. - There are NO RETURNS on this item. I have clearly stated this in the listing and the description. This is for a non-working item - do not purchase if you have the intention to return.
