I have tested this VCR and it seems to be fully functional, but I have not tested the video out as I don’t have a SCART-HDMI adapter. I have also not tested the recording functionality. However, this VCR does take and eject VHS cassettes, can play/pause/stop/rewind/fast-forward etc. and the sound out does work (n.b. I tested this with a composite-AUX cable and not a composite-composite cable). Therefore it is very likely that this VCR is fully working, but again I cannot confirm this. SCART and aerial cable included (see photos). No remote. This item is sold as seen and described. No returns. No refunds.
