no scratches etc, was only ever used in my son's virtual headset and we have forgot the password to log in so it can't be used now, it's just been stored in the box so decided to sell it you will need to know someone that can unlock it and reset definitely no returns so if you buy it you agree to no returns as it will need unlocking by you any questions please ask
