I’ve owned these for at least 10 years. That’s why I listed them as preowned. They have not been used to cut any material. As you can see by the photos, there’s a couple little specs of rust on them. The best I can guess is they are used for milling or cutting material on a lathe. You are buying 10 per order. I’ll combine shipping on all my items. Look at photos, ask questions, so you’re happy with your purchase once you receive it.
