I have recently taken off these Mini Humbuckers from my 1972 Gibson es 325 as I have changed them to Gibson Embroided pickups. Both pickups are fully working I have videos via WhatsApp if you want to hear how they sound. Patent number 2,737,842 Come with plastic boxes, screws for the pick up and surround are in there.
