Very good condition-no cracks or breaks. The lamp shade is made of a soft (almost velvety feel) fabric with a zebra print and has a white plastic like inner lining. There a few light yellow stains on inner liner and a few small spots outer fabric (as shown in photos) but otherwise integrity of shade is in very good condition.
