I got this T320 (along with an older T300) as part of a job lot at a fairly good price, it was working (albeit a bit dusty inside) and it's got a fairly decent spec. SSD: 128GB Samsung 830 SATA SSD. Despite its age it still proves itself as a solid workstation with very versatile expandability, together with the upgrades I've installed (8-core CPU, 64GB RAM, 2.5Gb LAN etc) it'll easily serve you for many more years.
