Antique Ottoman copper water jug with tin lining and hinged lid, late 19th C
The inside is fully lined with tin, as is the underside of the lid, allowing it to be used for liquids. The spout is sharply cut with an angular lip and vertical channel. The lid lifts smoothly and the handle remains solid in the hand.
