Black iPhone 4 on iOS 7, apps may not work since the software is old. I don't have a SIM to activate the phone so I don't know what exact iOS version it runs or how much storage there is. No accessories will be sent, just the phone. I'm unsure if the phone is locked as I haven't put a SIM inside. No returns as what you get will be exactly what you see in the photos.
