Put the gold (silver) teeth along with the silicone into hot water at around 70 to 80 degrees Celsius and soak them for about 15 to 30 seconds to soften the silicone. Put the gold tooth (silver tooth) into your mouth and gently clench it with your upper and lower teeth.
