The vacuum itself used to work great and emptied and mopped perfectly, recently there has been an error message about checking the wheels and one seems to be stuck, I have cleaned both but one just seems to be faulty and the spins in a circle a bit, but for someone who has time and the knowledge this would be great for them and a good deal as I imagine it’s just a wheel replacement but then again I don’t know much about fixing them. There are a few marks on the hoover but no deep scratches or anything (shown in pictures), feel free to ask questions or make offers
