1951 Elna Swiss Made Sewing Machine item is in good working condition as shown from the video provided it does come with a few accessories as pictured. It will need a replacement bulb as there isnt one working with it (bulb is a 225V 20W). There is also some slight rust on the outside casingas shown in the pictures
