Design Engineering titanium exhaust pipe heat shields are constructed of a dual layer shield of handling temperatures of up to 1350°F (732°C). The inner layer comprises of a high temperature resistant fabric which features (89% silica) and allows it to withstand far higher temperatures than fibreglass.
