Each Supersoky poi is approx. 65cm long and weighs approx. 100g, with a 70g juggling ball. Alternatively, you can order them with two 70g Thud jugging balls, so they're all ready to go. The poi are drawstring tied at the ends, so you can add extra weight, if desired.
