All mechanical actions work! Motor did work great but now is hesitant to spin. Hums and acts like it wants to move. Probably overdue for cleaning. Neat old toy...fun to watch work! Base is 11.5" by 16 and 3/8". Mill is 7 and 1/8" tall. Drop hammer is 4.25" tall. Large pulley is 8 & 3/8" tall. Please see photos for condition. Ask questions before bidding. Will combine shipping.
