The pen cap has “Parker, France, the Parker logo, and IQ”. This places the date of manufacture in the third quarter of 1990. The Rollerball refills are in an unused condition. Parker introduced the RB-1 in the late 1970’s, initially as a rollerball and in 1984 as a fountain pen.
