These IWC watches carry Stauffer trademarks “S&Co.” and “Peerless”. IWC watches from this period that have British hallmarks do not carry Nicolet's sponsor's mark. From 1 June 1907, all gold or silver watch cases imported by Stauffer & Co. were stamped with Charles Nicolet's sponsor's mark before being sent to be hallmarked.
