Thermal Ball Teapot WMF Hutchenreuther Silver Plated & Ceramic German Art Deco

This exquisite Art Deco ball teapot from WMF Hutschenreuther Germany D.R.P. has a silver-plated thermal cover and is felt lined inside the cover. The silver-plating has a beautiful shine and the metal is hammered. It was made in the 1930s in the Bauhaus period.The thermal ball design of the teapot is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, ensuring that your tea or coffee stays warm for longer periods of time. The back-stamp on the porcelain pot says Hutschenreuther Bavaria Gerany LHS with a Lion. The back-stamp on the bottom of the silver pot is engraved WMF 1,2 L D.R.P. Please see pictures, it measures approximately 7"H x 11" W, including handle and spout. It is a unique and beautiful piece of Art Deco history.
