FUJI PHOTO OPTICAL H6x12.5DM, 12.5 - 75mm F1.4 TV C MOUNT ZOOM LENS. The lens has a lot of fungus INSIDE it but does look like it would clean up as there is no chalky separation. there`s a dent to the filter ring ( 52mm ).
