Royal mail 2nd class 'signed for ' mail. Condition is very good. One page has a little mark, which is possible the way it was manufactured (as seen). Otherwise all pages clean and binding sound. Eight consecutive sheets (towards the back) have mild yellowing and some edge foxing (examples shown). The outside side edge has two light fingerprints. The outside top edge has foxing. The dust jacket has some minor signs of wear.
