Signed by Shaha Haroutunian This is not a mosaic. The design is fired on the clay to resemble mosaic .I only found one like it on Google, and it is a very small dessert plate. Artouzart is a site that promotes Armenian art. They mostly display in gallery's. This plate is in great condition and is signed on the back. Size is 11" x 12" and raises gently on all sides.
