Based in Lviv. In the spring of 2014, it was among the first to be raised to repel Russian aggression, the units were sent to the northeastern borders of Ukraine. In the autumn of 2014, the fighters of the brigade were ambushed near Veselaya Gora, and later took part in the battles for the 32nd checkpoint.
