New, 'Mascot Inc' 24k gold plated and Austrian crystal grand piano ornament
The lid is hinged so the piano can be shown with the lid opened or closed. It was made in 1995 by Mascot Inc of USA in the Crystal Delight range and sold in the UK by Mascot Ltd.
