Lenovo ThinkPad T450 14" Laptop i3-4030U 1.9GHz No RAM No HDD Spares/Repair
Does not power on. Possible short on the board. No ram or hard drive is fitted. We are very short on space. The screen cover is coming off (see photo). There are scratches/marks to the lid and bottom cover (see photos provided).
