Place a cotton cloth (or aluminum foil) between the iron and the label, and then press down and heat the iron for 10 seconds. Be careful not to move the iron back and forth. Peel off the front side of the label (black ribbon) to reveal your print content, then peel off the back side and place it on the fabric.
