This is a 1999 Gemmy Big Mouth Billy Bass Singing Animatronic. Item is in good used condition and still moves and plays the music with 4 C batteries. Fish moves tail and head, and typically he should move his mouth, but I have not been able to get his mouth to work, however his whole body does move.
